I used Mike to inspect potential new homes for me twice in the same week.

On both occasions, I found that he did a great job with finding problems and helping us resolve them. For example, the aluminum wiring in one house was supposedly fixed yet the electric box did not indicate that. So Mike investigated further and resolved the issue - we didn't have to do a thing. Michael, I thought you did a very thorough and professional job of inspecting my home at XXXX Road.

When you discovered that my fireplace chimney was filled with a nest, I was so thankful for your discovery.

It was something that I may not have noticed before I started a fire this autumn. It could potentially have caused a dangerous situation, had I ignited a fire with the chimney clogged. The professional chimney sweep removed two huge garbage bags full of nesting twigs, branches, leaves, etc., of what they assumed was a squirrel's nest.
